Xante is first spoken to when he is found at the Countfield-Bannington house, nailing a sign into the wall, saying that millionaires are scum. Xante said that as a billionaire, he couldn't risk the loss of the Belfriar's status as being pure billionaire, so he set a warning to all.

Xante was spoken to again when his watch was found in a crime scene, the team asked him why it was there, he said that he was good friends with Arthur Bloomingthal, CEO of Bloominghtal Fashion.

After the investigation, Xante Huffington-Brookes demanded to be spoken to after the way he was treated earlier in the case. Madame Carne apologised, he said he would accept the apology once the team found his £76,000 cuff links, he last saw them when he was putting the sign up on the manor. The team found a pile of leaves, inside the pile of leaves, the team found the cuff links, and returned them to Xante, who payed them for their trouble.
