Later on,the assassin was proved to be [[Nathan Hardwin]],loyal Tech Town Tigers member.Nathan tried to deny involovment,but he eventually confessed.He said that Tech Town Tigers were weak and that he truly believed in Melbury Cobras whole time.Tobias told him to murder Marcus and player if he wants to join them.Since it was unsuccessfull,Nathan tried to think another way of proving that he is worthy.He heard Juniper telling [[Angie Peters|Angie]] that she is going to warn Daria herself,so he grabbed sniper rifle,found biggest building near Tech Town Tigers base and shot Juniper when she arrived.Judge [[Eva Rose]] was shocked because Nathan showed no remorse for killing innocent police agent who tried to save lives of Tech Town Tigers.

Win the Battle,Lose the War is a case featured in Criminal Case Laroy Bay.It takes place in Santsey Banks and it's 36th case of the game,also the last one to take place in Santsey Banks

Plot

Diane and player went to Tech Town Tigers to inform Daria Lynn about Tobias McMinn and his assassin.However,when they arrived,they heard a sniper rifle shot comming from their base.When they arrived,they found a body of Juniper Cooper,one of their Tech Experts.

Megan Alan in tears told them that the killer was standing on nearby building judging by position of her wound.She found horse hair on bullet that the killer touched,which means that the killer probably rides horses.

In the middle of investigation,team thought that Tobias was assassin himself and that he is only faking,but he denied that saying that he is not that stupid.Team arrested him for ordering Juniper's murder and for ordering a hit on Marcus and player (which was unsuccessfulf)
