Troy Williams is a main character appearing in Season 1 of Criminal Case, where he serves as the Tech Expert of the Alpha Bay Police Department.
Profile
22 years of age, Troy studied as a technology student prior to his tenure to the ABPD. He is short blond hair and green eyes and is seen wearing a martinique jacket over a blue t-shirt. He is known to be a competitive and a caring person. Besides, he likes to set goals for himself which motivate him the most and spending time with his cat.

Events of Criminal Case
Anti-murder
After Robert Wagner's killer had been arrested, Troy appeared to say Susan and the player that he managed to contact the mysterious hacker who counter-hacked him while he was hacking into the servers of Watery Systems. Troy then arranged a video call so that they could say what they wanted from the team. The hacker introduced themselves as The @ndroid and told them that they had better not investigate about Watery Systems or something bad would happen, prompting the team to continue investigating.
