Tony became a suspect after team found his DNA on victim's watch.He said that he found her watch outside of the deli and he wanted to return it.When team told him that Marolda has been murdered,he said that she was a lovely lady and that nobody would harm her.
Tony was spoken to after team found his picture with victim and her family.He said that his family is good friends with Summers,but their relationship tore apart when Tony was spotted stealing from their house.He said that he was a teen and that he was crazy and all that stuff.
Later,team arrested him for the murder.Tony tried to deny the fact that he killed Marola,but he confessed.Marolda's husband (Rosie's dad) was financing Tony's career because he was a businessman and good friends with Tony's dad,but after some time,Tony was accussed of stealing from their house,causing Marolda's husband to stop financing him and let him finance his career on his own.Wanting revenge,he bashed his wife's head with bread to warn Marolda's husband.Judge sentenced him to 35 years in prison for this murder.
