Located in the country of United States, Seattle is a city with a plethora of different locations, ranging from trendy shopping spots and natural viewpoints to historical streets and prospering neighbourhoods to the Rainier Valley and the bordering Lake Washington. In the city, the inhabitants of the city, both human and zombie, live in both harmony and friction ever since the outbreak of the zombie virus occurred. Seattle contains twelve districts and fifty-six cases in the season and the Seattle Police Department is the featured law enforcement agency that serves the walled city of Seattle.
Seattle features a total of twelve districts, each with unique scenery and composition.
Amygdala Avenue is the first district of the Walled City. Formerly Northeast Seattle, this district is mainly composed of the University of Washington. As the player starts their tenure in the Seattle Police Department, they soon start learning about the zombies that lives in the walled city of New Seattle while uncovering an Utopium drug dealing operation. Here, the player also learns more about the Moore family and about the team's consultant, Xavier Hargrove.
Corpus Corner is the second district of the Walled City. Formerly North Seattle, the district is mainly an area where large amounts of criminal activity happens, along with several bars, places of violence and the KCEW news station. Here, the police investigate the zombie gang that are feuding with humans, and uncovering the zombie gang's influence in the district. They also learn about Chief Clint Babineaux's adventures in his past and present life throughout the district.
Parietal Plaza is the third district of the Walled City. Formerly Northwest Seattle, the district is composed of several cultural locations such as aviation sights, country bars, wellness sanctuaries and more. However here, the police are continuing Fillmore Graves's investigations into a fiery arsonist responsible for bombings, fires and attacks in the district, for a devious motive. The player also helps weapons expert Dale Bolton deal with the changes in her personal life.
Cerebral Coast is the fourth district of the Walled City. Formerly Ballard District, the district is composed of many historical landmarks and locations, including theaters and libraries. While on the investigations into Dolly Dillion, the team discover an old historical cult called the Golden Chalice that may have returned to life due to zombie influence before the cult creates trouble that can destabilize the peace. They then discover profiler Natalie Leigh's connections to the original cult twenty years prior.
Medulla Mile is the fifth district of the Walled City. Formerly Magnolia and Queen Anne, Medulla Mile is the business capital of the Walled City and the home to some of the rich and wealthy in Seattle. Here, the team investigate a businessman's connections to purchasing businesses due to the bankruptcies caused by a series of robberies done by a solo thief. They also learn more on laboratory chief Olivier Quinton's connections to the scheme.
Lobe Lake is the sixth district of the Walled City. Formerly Lake Union, the technological center of the Walled City lies here around the lake-like body of water, surrounded by thriving technology firms, tall skyscrapers, isolated gun ranges, populated malls and a small cluster of coastal neighbourhoods around the lake. Here, the team are investigating the origins of Mr Berserk, a potentially notorious lone hacker, or a group of hackers.
