Plot[]

Few days after the dog shelter case, Jacob Anderson and player were walking around the city, discussing everything that happend with Cal's brother Donny Lowe. As they were passing by the city hall, they saw that new Mayor Bethany Winters is giving a speech. Wanting to see what is it about, Jacob and player approached the city hall. Few minutes later, when Mayor was about to end her speech, she burst into a huge fireball, burning from inside out. Mayor's bodyguard trying to extinguish the flames, but it was too late...Mayor's body was down on the ground, burnt to a crisp. Jacob and player immediately cleared the scene, knowing that something supernatural is going on. The duo then sent her body to Bryce, who told them that the killer left no evidence on the body, much to their disappointment. After investigating the city hall, the team found enough evidence to suspect Donny's date, zoologist Nina Shapiro, Mayor's assistant Paige Emerson and courthouse clerk Tanner Varma before returning back to the main crime scene, where they got approached by Vera, who told them that she knows what kind of curse killed Bethany.

Vera explained that Bethany's killer slipped a crimson red feather in Bethany's purse and that her wiccan friend Maddie Mortem confirmed that it caused Bethany to burst into flames. Later on, thanks to Tanner's help, the team got access to Bethany's office, where they found enough evidence to suspect crazy conspiracy theorist Vanessa Oldman and TV reporter Roman Perez. Jacob and player also discovered that Paige was sleep deprived from all work Bethany made her do and that Tanner tried to sabotage Bethany's campaign. When they returned back to others, Bryce told them that Vanessa is causing chaos on their crime scene.

Jacob and player quickly went to stop Vanessa, who was convinced that the mayor has been possessed by a demon and threatened to burn down the city hall. After taking Vanessa to authorities, Jacob and player decided to investigate the war memorial fountain. Later on, the team discovered that Bethany insulted Roman's TV station and that Nina was practicing witchcraft, making the team suspect that she played a part in Donny's disappearence. After collecting all of the remaining evidence, the team arrested Nina Shapiro for Bethany's murder.

After getting confronted with evidence, Nina cracked and said that she saved multiple lives by killing the mayor. Rubbing her temples, Nina admitted that she's a werewolf too and that the mayor played a part in Donny's disappearence. Confused Jacob asked Nina to explain what exactly happend to Donny and his friend, making Nina reveal that Donny was lucky to survive everything unlike his friend and multiple other people. Shocked by this information, Jacob asked Nina to explain everything that has been going on, but Nina shook her head and revealed that she has to get out of town before "they" get her. Nina wiped her tear away and admitted that she regrets killing Bethany, but it was the only way to finally stop her. With that said, Nina transformed into a werewolf and ran back to the forest. Jacob and player told everything to Nik, who told them that they need to find Nina and convince her to tell them the full story.

Suspecting that Nina left some clues about her whereabouts in the city hall, Jacob and player searched around and found Bethany's purse. Knowing that Bethany was involved in Donny's disappearence, Jacob and player searched through her purse and found her locked tablet inside. The duo then approached Paige for help and questioned her about everything, but Paige denied knowing anything about Bethany or the massive disappearences. After Paige unlocked the tablet, the pair sent it to Noah, who told them that Bethany had written down names of all people who were reported missing, but none of them were actually werewolves, meaning that Donny and Nina weren't on the list. However, Noah told them that Bethany wrote down Vanessa Oldman's name, prompting the team to ask Vanessa if she knows anything. When they told her about the situation, Vanessa clapped in excitement and told them that she knew Bethany was up to something. Vanessa explained that she discovered that Bethany kept in touch with a werewolf who she called "The Westwood Skinner". Worried, Jacob and player told Vanessa to stay safe before searching Bethany's office and finding her diary that they sent to Vera. After going through it, disgusted Vera told them that Bethany and her werewolf accomplice kidnapped bunch of innocent people around Westwood and skinned them alive. Horrified, Vera continued to explain that Bethany and her accomplice are the dangerous serial killing duo and that the werewolf who participated in the murders is still free. Suspecting that Nina could be the accomplice, Jacob and player decided to do whatever it takes to bring Nina to justice.

Meanwhile, Cal wanted player's help with finding his photo album containing photos from his and Donny's childhood. After searching the war memorial park, the pair managed to find Cal's photo album and a special photo of two werewolf brothers in the forest. Cal and player pieced the photo back together before approaching Donny and giving him the photo. Donny hugged his brother and apologized for being careless during the night of his disappearence, but Cal told him that he did nothing wrong and that whoever was behind it will pay. After two brothers finally reconnected in peace, player left them alone and went back to others.

After discovering that mayor and her werewolf accomplice were a dangerous serial killing duo "The Westwood Skinners", Nik told everyone that they need to find Nina and get her to speak up about everything before the serial killer kills his next target, conspiracy theorist Vanessa Oldman. As they were discussing everything, the team recieved a call from panicking Donny. After Nik calmed him down and told him to take a deep breath, Donny told them that Nina has been silenced, "literally"...
