Spencer Winter is the profiler of the Clearford Police Department.
Profile
Hailing from Princeton, New Jersey, USA, Spencer is a 25-year-old profiler who worked as a geophysicist prior to his tenure at the department. Spencer has brown hair in a caesar cut hairstyle, and his father and mother's eyes. He wears a black wool waistcoat with the department badge attached to the left on top of a black tie and a white dress shirt.
It is known that Spencer's favorite animal is a cockroach and his favorite food is vichyssoise. Spencer is also known to be an irascible person but he is incisive and methodical.
Spencer holds a Psychologist Doctorate degree.
Biography
Background
Spencer was born in Princeton, New Jersey, USA to Warren Winter and Olivia Winter who were both aged eighteen and in university. Having Spencer stressed the parents out so much that they had to put him in a foster family until they finished university so that they can provide for the new family they're going to have. Spencer was often a troublemaker and got bullied a lot in school. This is when he began analyzing people's motives for bullying and other people based off of their attitudes, behavior, social interactions, to name a few. He knew he was obsessed with the human mind.
When Spencer was eight, Warren and Olivia had to file a lawsuit against the foster family because they wanted to keep Spencer. The Winters won and got their biological child back. From there, they moved to Windmill Hills and began living their happy lives there. Spencer attended Oakfield University and graduated with a Masters Degree in Physics with a minor in Psychology. He became a geophysicist and quit for an unknown reason before turning to criminal profiling. He got a Psychologist Doctorate degree and soon after, he pursued a career in the CPD and works there today. Spencer's anger problems have sparked from his early childhood and he currently holds that against his parents to this day.
