Skylar Chapman is a main character in the second season of Criminal Case, serving as elite agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
She was also a suspect in execution reenactment actor Mario Ortega in Body Burn and Cauldron Bubble (Case #4 of The American Dream).

Skylar wears inventor's goggles over her complex hair. She has an Eye of Ra tattoo with her black eyeshadow, silver septum ring, her brown eyes along with dark red lipstick. She wears a red sleeveless plaid shirt over her fishnet shirt. She also wears a black thick choker with a ring as well as a moon pentagram choker.
Skylar was originally travelling goth landmarks and bars in Europe with her younger sister, Reese. However, Skylar felt like she wanted to see blood and gore to test her iron stomach. After her adventure and investigating and fueling her love for goth girls, she joined the Federal Bureau of Investigations as an elite agent. She usually is helping Colin repair the police cars or talking to Joseph and Diana about goths. He also enjoys annoying other members like Nathan and Jordan.
