Sebastien Fassbinder was a suspect in the murder of German president Adolf Stalin in The Berlin Revolutions (Case #2 of the World Edition), but was later revealed to be anarchy leader Geass' killer in Under the Rocks (Case #5 of the World Edition). However, he also appeared as a suspect in When the Lights Go Out (Case #7 of the World Edition) when the team was investigating the murders of Austria-to-Greece ambassador Alcander Hantzopoulous, and his former boss' sister Helena Castro in Sons of Anarchy (Case #8 of the World Edition).

Sebastien Fassbinder is a 22-year-old college student who also is the subordinates' leader for the German branch of the anarchy.
Sebastien is shown wearing a grey hoodie with black accents and a red anarchist logo patched in the left side of his hoodie and the shoulders. He also wears a pair of black denim trousers alongside black running shoes. He is also noted for his trademark red winter cap.
In his first appearance, Sebastien is seen holding a sign with a red STALIN MUSS GEHEN UNTEN! written in it. It is revealed that Sebastien drinks beer and has a tendency towards antique clocks, in which he has collected for twenty years. It is also known that he sometimes works for the Oktoberfest committee to pay his taxes.
In his second appearance, his trademark winter cap turns blue, he ditches the jacket and the sign, replaces it with a sweater and has a blue scarf. It also gets promoted to being the deputy for the anarchy. He also sustains scratches, along with it being discovered that he drinks whiskey and practices acupuncture.
In his third appearance, he sports prison clothes. However, he still has his red winter cap from his debut. His scratches have now healed. It is also discovered that Sebastien takes energy pills.
In his fourth appearance, he sports the same outfit from before, but he replaces the red winter cap with a fur chapka. It is revealed that he drinks wine and eats caviar.
