Sarah Pasteo is the Chief of the NYPD. She's 30 years old. She's also the Stepmom of Kim Spooks.

She's 30 years old. She's have purple and green hair (She used to have blonde hair but she later dyed it) she wears Make up to protect her lips. She wears a USA cop suit, a gothic belt, Jeans and brown office shoes.
Personal life[]
In case #20, It revealed that Kim Spooks parents were killed when she's a baby. They were killed from Carbon monoxide poisoning after a fire broke out. Sarah was a Fire chief back then. Through flashbacks, It showed that Sarah is 18 back then. She found Kim under a pile of steel, still wrapped in a blanket. At the end of the case, it revealed that Kimble Spooks (Grandfather) and Ashly Spooks (Grandmother) were murdered by Dan Dams (Ex-Grandfather) after he found out that Ashly was cheating on him. He dumped oil in the Parents bedroom first then lit it. Sarah and Kim hugged each other at the end of the flashback cause of how brave Sarah was back then.
In case #12 Sarah explained that She was a Fire chief back in 9-11-2001, but after half of her team was killed in the tower, She quit the team and became the Chief of the NYPD.
