Salivation Army is a case featured in Criminal Case as the fifty-first case of Zombie Homeland and the first case in the Thalamus Town district of The Walled City of Seattle.

Plot

Three and a half weeks later, convicted killer Scarlett Kiyoko was sharing a small picnic with her beloved, Victoria Emerson, and gothic model Gabbie Nightingale and her girlfriend, criminal Valeria Hunt. Scarlett then smiled as Victoria then offered her a bite of a ham sandwich, and she took a bite with an adoring admiration on her face. Then the ground shook, and Scarlett looked up to see what was going on. She then hurried to the nearby window that was barred by iron bars, and she saw the horror of the unthinkable: The walled city of Seattle was going up in flames.

After the reeling horrors that had begun the human-zombie war with Topher Briggs's death, the team were struggling to keep everything together as war was imminent. As Livia was busy scheming her plan with Ravi and Nick was taking the day off to spend with his fiancé Brent, Chief Babineaux assigned the player and private eye Alexandro Lupo (after the latter insisted on helping the police like he had before) to patrol the city for any threats from Dolly Dillion or the zombie insurgents. However, instead when the duo got to the town square, they found the decapitated corpse of geese farmer Henry Franco in the anvil guillotine. They then discovered clues to suspect zombie recruiting officer Frida Fernandez, school principal Nicola Vector, conspiracist Aaron Cutler and Major Buckley's second-in-command, Commander Christopher Dyer, in the murder. They also discovered from Frida and Christopher that Henry was suspected of being one of the coyotes that helped Lily Arielle in her operation, while Olivier autopsied Henry's body. Shortly after, Natalie told them that she had a lead on their victim.

Natalie then told them that she knew that Henry often went to the local street market, which was hosted by several farmers and locals selling wares and other content. They then investigated the street market, where they then found clues to suspect street vendor Nicolette Gutierrez and Fillmore Graves technician Hunter Court in the homicide. They also found out the killer had some espresso before committing the murder before discovering that Frida was keeping tabs on the victim and Aaron theorized the victim was continuing his predecessor's operation. They also discovered that Dyer had attempted to seduce Henry for his secrets before the detectives were informed by Xavier of a break in at the victim's apartment. They then discovered that Hunter had broke into the apartment, looking for proof on Henry to get him promoted at Fillmore Graves. After Alexandro threatened to report him, Hunter then left before they discovered that Nicolette argued with Henry at the market hours before his death and that Nicola and Henry were formerly working together with children before Henry left for geese farming. In the end, the player and Alexandro found enough evidence to arrest Nicolette for the murder.

The player and the private eye then confronted Nicolette about the homicide, in which the street vendor denied the accusations against her, telling them that she was just trying to get by in the midst of the upcoming war. However, when Alexandro read out the evidence they had collected against her from his notebook, Nicolette then sighed and admitted to the murder, telling them that she didn't have a choice. Nicolette then confessed that she had a daughter in the Walled City, and with the rising war, she feared for her daughter's life. When Dolly Dillion then came to her and promised her safe transit for her daughter out of the city to meet her ex-husband in neighboring Tacoma, she agreed without realizing that she had to owe Dolly a favor. A couple days later, Dolly then sent Nicolette a card to her that had Henry's face and a two of spades on it, telling her to kill him for supporting the zombie cause. Nicolette then started to cry before the detectives, telling them that she was scared to do the deed, but she admitted that she did love her daughter very much. She then told them that she told Henry to meet her at the town square and started arguing with him about the rumors of his continuation of Lily's operation, and as Henry continued denying the accusations, she then pushed him into the guillotine and kept him down as she then triggered the lever and dropped the anvil on Henry, decapitating him. She then kept apologizing to the detectives over and over, before the player then arrested her and sent her to trial, where Judge Michalka then sentenced Nicolette to fifteen years with a chance for parole in five for her guilt in the premeditated murder. After the arrest, Alexandro then agreed with the player that they had to help Ravi and Livia prepare for their mission to save Seattle from the upcoming war.

After the trial, Livia then asked the player to come and see her and Ravi in the morgue, where the duo then explained that they had been working hard on their plans. Livia then explained that she and Ravi would drive to Atlanta and then do the heist of stealing the recipe with the combined forces of Ravi's connections to the CDC and Livia's willingness to eat the brains they needed to help the heist become a success. Once they had the recipe, they would then return to Seattle so they could start research for a cure. Livia then asked the player for help with retrieving some gear for their heist that Commander Buckley had allowed from the guillotine platform. After the duo were able to find the concealed crate, they then took the crate back to the station to unlock it, soon discovering various equipment for the heist. They then spoke to Commander Dyer about the entry passes that Buckley had promised them, and Christopher congratulated them for stepping up to the challenge to help Seattle before he embarrassedly admitted he left his bag in Henry's apartment. They then headed back to the apartment, where they were able to retrieve the boarding passes from Christopher's handbag that they found there, before they sent them to Vampire Steve to quickly review before the expedition. After Vampire Steve were able to verify that the passes would get Ravi and Livia safely out and in the Walled City's border patrols, Livia and Ravi then went to review their plans with Commander Buckley, who then wished luck to the two of them, before Livia and Major then shared a heartfelt hug.

Meanwhile, Frida came to Nick and the player covered in soot and cuts, explaining that there was an explosion at the street market, prompting Nick and the player to investigate. They then found a casualty amongst the explosion wreckage, Nicola Vector, before the player then searched the wreckage of the blasted stalls to discover a destroyed bomb, which they sent to Xavier to analyze. Xavier then revealed that he found miniscule traces of hairs, which he and Olivier were able to ascertain were from Dolly Dillion. The detectives then decided to call Dolly herself, and confront her about the bomb attack at the street market and her masterminding Henry's murder. Dolly then smirked at the detectives and told them that it was her ultimate goal to get rid of zombies and everyone who were connected to it or supported it. She then explained that she knew that Henry supported zombiekind through Lily's operation as he helped smuggle ill people into the city to scratch. When Nick insisted it was to help save lives, Dolly then snapped and told them that it was brainwashing to rally more troops for the zombie cause and she would not allow it. After Nick then asked about the market bombing, Dolly then admitted that she knew that Nicola and Frida would've been there. She then told them even if she only killed Nicola, Dolly admitted that Nicola deserved it for supporting young zombie students. Dolly then pulled out a deck of cards, revealing Nicola's card crossed out, and warned them that they would be the last ones to fall if they continued to support the zombie cause, before she then hung up on them.

After all the events, the player, Nick, Alexandro and the Chief met with Ravi and Livia, who were packed up in a van near the border checkpoint out of Seattle's walls. Ravi and Livia then hugged the group and bade their farewells before they then got into their van and drove away. As Nick and the player watched with Alexandro, Nick then told them that he was furious with Dolly's game of killing those on her deck of cards that had the faces of those who supported zombies. There, Alexandro swore to help the player and the police take down Dolly, find out who masterminded Topher's death, and prevent the war as much as they could.

Three weeks later, the city was burning and chaos was amuck, as Alexandro Lupo and the player drove through the torched streets, riddled with bullets and overturned wreckage everywhere. Alexandro quickly wiped away his tears as they then drove Alexandro's trusty convertible over a bridge, which was no longer blocked away from the rest of Seattle. He and the player then stopped at the other end of the bridge, and they got out of the car. Knowing that they had to look for who they were looking for, they then split up to search for them. Alexandro walked along the beach, looking for their wanted figure, until he then saw something else. Blood trickled from a wound onto the sandy shores, and Alexandro crumbled to his knees in disbelief. As lightning then clapped, illuminating the person's face, Alexandro then screamed.
