Events of Criminal Case
Rupert was first interrogated when the team found a picture with the victim, Rupert, and Zachary Rupert was shocked to hear of glen's murder. He said that Glen helped the community so much that no one would have a reason to kill him
Rupert was interrogated again when the team found a note to glen. Rupert said that glen was a nightmare simply because he couldn't control Zachary who he claimed vandalized his property and hacked into his network
Finally, Rupert was arrested for the murder of glen miller. after initially denying involvement Rupert admitted to the murder he said that glen and him started to fight every week because he couldn't discipline his son so much so that his wife divorced him and took his children with her. Rupert killed glen to make hm pay. thanks to this he was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of glen miller
