Role in cases[]
- The Crimes At Work, Case #4 in Townville:
Chief Alan Smith told the player that Richard's recent murder had to be investigated as he was one of the most important agronomers in the city and he wanted no revenges for his death. He was found dead in his office with a bullet through his head. The corpse had been discovered by his wife, Mariah Martinson. The autopsy results revealed that he had been given cloroform so he died asleep.
The team found the killer who was actually Mindy Morel, the wife of Richard's henchman, Matthew Morel. She had mentioned during the investigation that she was tired of seeing her husband arrive home stressed because of his job where he had to make illegal dealings. At her trial, she mentioned that Richard Martinson was corrupt and that her actions were in fact good as she was helping put an end to corruption in Townville.
