Ramon is a man from Townville who grew up in one of the city's poorest neighborhoods. His parents could barely afford to pay for his education and after he finished school he went to university but didn't finish his fine arts course. He got a job as a tickets seller at a train station but his main incomes are from the beautiful paintings he sells, made by himself.
The player and Evan Day were about to go to a protest against Green Year Parade after being invited by the activist Peter Galley. They missed the train when they were going to buy the tickets from Ramon, but he said he could pay for their tickets even though they would have to take the next train. Evan thanked him though unfortunately, he had to start investigating the murder of Jared Mangrim after finding his dead body on board of one of the luxury train's carriages.
Ramon's ticket office became one of the crime scenes and him, one of the suspects. He said that he would see Jared very often at the train station and that he was always near Albert Korfberg, a train driver. Even after getting really suspicious, he turned out to be innocent since the real culprit was Albert.
The next day, he asked the team for help to find a leaflet about an important event that he had lost. The event turned out to be Green Year Parade and Ramon claimed to support it, causing a brief argument with Evan.
