Oliver is a 58 year old bald now former private detective and secretly an unofficial consultant for the Toomeswood Police Department as well as the boyfriend to senior detective Vanessa Moody whose left eye is brown and right eye is blue, he also has a bushy beard and moustache. He is seen wearing an open brown trenchcoat with a dark grey buttoned down shirt as well as a light jade green scarf. He is also seen holding a to go coffee cup in his right hand. It is known that Oliver uses Mr.Biceps, Eternal Youth fragrance,eats ice cream and is left handed.
In his first quasi-suspect, he dons a white t-shirt.
In his second suspect appearance, he dons a white buttoned down shirt and wears a beige fedora. It is known that Oliver has access to chemicals, eats frozen yogurt and drinks tequila.
In his third suspect appearance, his outfit reverts back to his outfit in his first suspect appearance but ditches his scarf. It is known that Oliver knows mechanics, studies Greek Mythology and uses bath salts.

Oliver became a suspect when the team found and analyzed his messy handwriting on his notepad. He told the team that the victim lived in a posh hotel across the street from his apartment but aside from this information, he didn't know her closely nor did he feel interested in even wanting to know the victim at all, though he admitted that he had a thing for brunettes. However, the private detective asked Vanessa out on a coffee date in which the Senior Detective declined although she found him attractive as well, she was still trying to reel from her son's murder and having to interrogate her ex-husband.
Oliver was spoken to again when the team found a complaint form filed against him by the victim, who accused him of sexual harassment in which such allegations were proven to be false. When grilled about this by Vanessa, Oliver told her that the victim wanted the abandoned pool to herself and wanted nobody else to have any access to it. He explained that he had been frequenting the abandoned pool long before the victim was even born and felt as though the pool was a sanctuary to relax in and he kept the pool clean, sometimes with excruciating pain. When Oliver refused to leave the pool forever, the victim conconcted the false harassment claims against him to keep him barred from ever entering the pool.
Oliver was ultimately found innocent when maid Erikah Goodwin was found guilty of the murder.
