Mayday is a case featured in Criminal Case, it appears as the fortieth case in The Syndicate and the fortieth case overall. It takes place as the fifth and final case in the Andromeda Junction district of Easthaven.

Plot

As Easthaven is plagued by a series of technological attacks across the city, they watch in horror at the space station in front of them, exploding into a crescendo of sparks and smoke. As the rock is concealed behind the ash, Grayson partners the player with Barbara due to her knowledge in combat, and the pair approach. Suddenly, they spot a crash in the distance and run to it, through the smog. A prison transport vehicle lies overturned by the banks of the road, oil leaking out. There, Gregory Charles, on his transport to New Mexico, tries to escape the wreckage, spotting the pair. As he begins to run to them, his mechanical hand turns on him, gripping his neck. It applies force to his throat, its fists clenched as Gregory’s neck begins to crack. Barbara runs to him, but it’s too late, and with one final, thankful, look at the pair, the fist clenches, snapping his neck with an almighty crack. The pair hurry to him, sitting by his side as the life fades from his eyes… You can’t outrun BISHOP.
