Events of Criminal Case
Franklin was the killer of photographer Sarah Rose. He beheaded her and left her for dead at an abandoned camping site in Toomeswood. Franklin's motive for killing Sarah was never stated and he was given an automatic lifetime jail sentence upon arrest- without intervention from Judge Whiterock.
