Ludmila Braun was the killer of CPD Reject Pietro Braun, in Father Blows Chest (Case #3 of Rising Shadow), before being murdered in Memory Docks (Case #15 of Rising Shadow).
Ludmila's fate was sealed when it was discovered she matched every clue needed to convict her. She initially denied any involvement but soon admitted everything when the evidence was put before her.
She revealed the reason she killed Pietro was that she was sick of being his on call girl, and wanted a little freedom, she heard the explosion and immediately used the discarded glass to step him, to make it look like the explosion caused it.
She also admitted that she was approached by El Maestro himself to commit the murder, due to her SOMBRA involvement and lack of cooperation, Ludmila was sentenced to life in prison.
