Lila is a plant nurse and an activist in Townville, where she used to live a quiet and lonely life before going to jail. She bought a shop near a local greenhouse and started buying plants from there and other providers. She had a good business vision and managed to make an incredible profit after a short time of working there. Her strong personality combined with her activism made her one of the most active people in the movement. Due to Gino Reina's good taste in plants, she befriended him really soon after he started visiting her shop.
Profiles known from cases:
She has gardening skills, is an activist, drinks mineral water, and speaks Spanish.
Lila called the police to report that there was a dead body in her plant nursery, inside one of her flowerpots. After being interrogated, she recognized the victim and told the player that it was Ashton Fox, one of Green Year Parade's contestants and the one who had won the year before. She also said later that she was one of the activists against the event and that she had tried to convince Ashton of her ideas even though he never listened. The team found out that she had even started blackmailing him so that he wouldn't go to the parade.
When the case was closed, Lila was convicted for Ashton's murder. Her motive was related to her activist cause; she wanted Ashton to stop killing flowers just for the parade, and by putting an end to his life she would also help to save the planet. She knocked him out with a thermometer by hitting him in his nape and then buried him under gardening soil inside a big flowerpot. Judge Gonzalez said that if the event was unlawful, the Courts of Law would call it off but that crime was not the way to achieve changes. She received a sentence of 30 years in jail with no chance for parole and sessions with a psychologist for the next two years.
The next day, with Wendy Ohdie's help, the player and Gino Reina found out that Lila was hiding homemade drugs that induced hallucinations in her plant nursery.
