Katelyn Déchirer is a main character featured in Sinner's Enigma where she serves as the Evergrace Justice Division's Junior Detective and one of the player's two partners in the season.
She appeared as a suspect in the murder investigations of convicted killer Ezra Monaco in Piece of My Mind (Case #36 of Sinner's Enigma) and Monaco matriarch Eli Monaco in Devil's Advocate (Case #43 of Sinner's Enigma).

Hailing from Marseille, France, Katelyn is 24 years old and serving as the Junior Detective in the Evergrace Justice Division. She has brown hair tied up in a bun with a hairband and some fuchsia colored flowers in her hair. She also has green eyes concealed behind a pair of rimmed glasses and is seen in a crimson red corset with a black lining and a black gangster's jacket with a grey collar and golden linings. She is also seen with a black choker, dark eyeshadow and a black and golden camera around her neck. It is known that she is a mysterious person who is curious and photogenic.
