Juliet is a young girl who loves gardening and lives in the city's Commercial Area. She is a nice person but has little respect towards other people, likes partying a lot and is often drinking alcohol. She can get scared very easily so has troubles living alone since she moved out of her parents' house when she was eighteen years old.
Juliet called the police to report having heard a gunshot right across her house, inside the Sount armory. The police found there the dead body of Yale Williams. The player and Evan Day had to interrogate Juliet by asking her about Yale's fake name, "Susan Vianne". Juliet said that Susan was the president of Green Year Parade's jury and that she knew the Sount family should've never got involved in the event because they weren't good. They later discovered that Juliet was Pablo Sount's ex-girlfriend and asked her why she hadn't mentioned that detail. She said she'd decided to put an end to their relationship because Pablo was too obsessed with the parade and she missed their romantic times together before he started making preparations for the event. The police had to talk to Juliet for a third time after she painted a grafitti on the armory's wall. In fact, she was drunk and missing Gustave Rod (a rich businessman) who had just paid her for a one night stand. Even after the trouble she caused, they didn't have to arrest her for the murder since the true culprit was Ignace Sount, Pablo's father.
The next day they had to help Juliet because she had gone partying and was very drunk, she couldn't even open her house's door. Evan and the player found some things she'd lost in the street and Juliet offered them some food to thank them.
