The International Bureau of Justice (also shortened as the Bureau) is an international police organization specializing in law enforcement in a specialized manner, and also conducts security duties when necessary. It makes its appearance in the second season of Criminal Case.
The Bureau investigates murders anywhere in the world, searching crime scenes for clues, interviewing witnesses and suspects, and carefully analyzing evidence in order to progress. After gaining all the criteria, the force is able to apprehend the actual killer behind the murder and put them behind bars.
The Bureau is a top-ranking police force, reporting to nothing but justice, and fights criminals that are impossible for local governments or higher orders to fight. The organization is considered a top-ranking police force in the world, possibly accredited by the Interpol, United Nations, just to name a few.
The Bureau currently consists of nine main members (excluding the player character) with each of them assigned a particular job:

|Leopoldo Santos||26||Elite Force Agent||Recruits only the finest officers from local law enforcement agencies on behalf of the Chief's office. Assigned to investigate murders and shady crimes with the player. Investigates undercover when needed.|
|Chloe Ryan||35||Elite Force Detective||A detective who served as a travel writer prior to her tenure into the Bureau. Assigned to investigate murders and shady crimes with the player.|
|Fiona Lim||43||Chief Medical Examiner||Autopsies bodies of various murder victims, analyzes the murder weapon if necessary, issues new leads whenever possible, and handles anatomic forensics when needed.|
|Altus Maharaj||34||Lab Chief||Handles and analyzes physical, biological, and clinical evidence to help homicide investigators incriminate the killer's identity, and sometimes discovers the murder weapon.|
|Darren Wilson||21||Technical Expert||Handles and analyzes digital and technical evidence to help homicide investigators incriminate the killer's identity. Also issues new leads whenever possible.|
|Ida Nielsen||31||Profiler||Analyzes objects and/or clues that cannot be analyzed by digital, physical, clinical, anatomic or technical forensics, but instead, through psychological analysis. Sometimes appears in court to present a report of the criminal's mental health before the judge.|
|Oliver Oxford||42||Historian||Analyzes objects and/or clues and uses historical, cultural, or linguistic measures to bring or decipher important information from them.|
