Plot

Tony Dunkin and the player head to Emerald Square to find the body of reporter George Williams.

Mid-investigation, Patrick told the team that Daily Observer did a broadcast of George's death. Later, there was a break-in into the Daily Observer headquaters. later team made evidence to arrest Ethan Gardner for the murder.

Upon admitting to the murder...

Post trail, Courtney and the player searched the Daily Observer HQ for any info on the serial killer, they found a file label Serial killer which (per Sakura) is a files discribing all off the Necktie Strangler's moves and victim and it was made by Emersyn Hudson. When they talked to her, she said that
