Holly Hopper, appearing as a central character in Rising Shadow, was a suspect in the murder investigation of Grant Hughes in Electric Love (Case #31 of Concordia Flying Squad) before killing Utopian Mole Franca Capecchi in Cutting Ties (Case #33 of Concordia Flying Squad).
Events of Concordia Flying Squad[]
Introduction of the Utopians
Holly was indirectly referenced several time across Crocoras Mountain, when Jason Byrd and Felicia Virtanen began to don Utopian symbols.
The Utopians became more prominent throughout La Creme as more and more people seemed to wear the symbol, but the team didn't really notice, almost seeing it as a club.
Electric Love
Holly was introduced officially during the murder investigation of Grant Hughes. Grant too was labelled as a Utopian, but Holly was proven innocent when Pietro Braun was arrested for the murder.
Cutting Ties
Holly was first labelled as a suspect when it was discovered that she had been at the crime scene during the murder, but after a clash with fellow Utopian Jason Byrd, she seemed to show herself off as innocent, she was interrogated again after her umbrella was found in the Victim's home, but again claimed her innocence, at the climax of the investigation, with the help of another suspect, she was revealed as the killer and the creator, but the version that was arrested was simply her AI version, and Holly still remains at large.
