In her first appearance, she has long brown hair and green eyes. She wears a champange shirt underneath her pink vest. She also has gamboge tape with "POLICE" in black words on her right arm. It is known that Heydi has a How To Break In book, is right-handed and plays Candy Connect.
In her second appearance, she has scratches on her forehead.
In her third appearance, her scratches are healed. It is discovered that she knows how to shoot, wears boots and knows ancient history.

The House of Murder[]
Heydi became a suspect after the team found a frame of the victim's son, Jack Ballinsky, and her. She explained that her and Jack are lovers. After explaining the frame, Heydi felt devastated after the team told her about the victim's death.
Heydi was spoken again after the team found a video camera of her and the victim arguing. She explained that the victim confronted her about her leaving her boyfriend. She was shocked about it and argued. At the end of the footage, the victim punched her in the face and got knocked out. The only thing she remembered before she got knocked out is that she was in the hospital with a black eye on her right eye. Angry at him, Heydi called him a man from hell and was not sad about his death.
Heydi was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Tyler Armstrong for John's murder.
