Helen was called into investigation because the Player found a ripped note in Carlos Anthony's house. Later Helen gets talked to again after Efrain Tells Colin that Greñas was often abused by Sara. So Colin decides to talk to Helen if she ever saw Sara abusing Greñas. Later in Welcome! the team discovers a note that says " Take care of your pets. Don't let them get petnapped..." which the team responds to warning Helen about this potential "petnapper" and to take care of her dog.

Helen was called into investigation when she wrote a letter towards the victim. Then the team was informed that Helen had broken into a fight. She was caught fighting Mina Arechiga because she had drugged her in her sleep. Helen was found innocent.
