Hans Rougel is one of the central characters in PetersCorporal's second season and an Internal Issues Officer in the Blue Coasts Police Department.
Profile[]
Hans is an attorney from Blue Coasts, as well as the son of two Bulgarian immigrants. Since he was a child, he has always wanted to be a police officer because he likes defending people but later this desire took the path of law. However, he knew that it was not late and joined the local police department and got a job in the Denouncements and Expositions Division; later joining George Nearnight's team as one of the analists. He's also joined the Reform Party, a political party in the city. He often behaves in a fretful way, showing a deep disinterest in parties and most social events of any kind.
