Hafeez was an Arabian immigrant who went to the USA with his brother to settle down on Townville's Countryside and started working as agricultors there. He entered Townville's Tourist Convention to show his country's costums, but he was murdered by another of the immigrants.

Hafeez was found dead in his stall at Townville's Tourist Convention, which was held every year in the Countryside. He was hung with a dead snake used as a rope, with both of them poisoned beforehand. The police first interrogated his brother Amilcar Mrad, and from there they started the investigation. They found out that as being an agricultor he had met Robert Jamin and done some business with him, but he ended up being of no relevance to the case.
The true killer who put an end to Haffez's life turned out to be Elena Bridge the woman from the Irish post at the convention. She did it just to make the convention more appealing, because nobody would pay attention to it lately, so a thrill like a murder would make it very popular. For having killed Hafeez, she was sentenced to 20 years in jail with parole in 12.
