Dr. Graham Fraser, PhD, is one of the main characters appearing in Season 7 of Criminal Case. He is the chief medical examiner for the Acropolis Justice Defence Force.

Dr. Fraser is the 34-year-old coroner of the Acropolis Justice Defence Force. He has short neatly combed brown hair and green eyes. Dr. Fraser usually wears a white lab coat over a tan sweater vest, covering a white shirt. He also has his autopsy equipment in his lab coat breast pocket.
Dr. Fraser is known to be a quiet introvert who keeps only to himself. It is known that Dr. Fraser has social anxiety, and he sees a therapist to overcome it. Due to his quiet behaviour, his past was left a mystery, it was only known that Dr. Fraser has a sister named Andrea.
