Gods of Murder is the sixty third fanmade case of the Criminal Case: Mystery Series. It is also the fifth in Europe and the World Edition.

Case Background

In the events of the previous case, the team received a letter in the mail from Christopher Boutroux, the historian that they met in Paris saying that a man only called as The Burning Eagle called him saying him to go to Greece to help him in a big project, but Christopher didn't trust that why he first sent the mail to the WTA.

They reach Athens and went to the meeting point that was in the Pantheon but they ended up finding Christopher's corpse. The team then knew that Christopher was murdered by the second helper of The Burning Eagle since they found a letter saying "Catch us if you can!" and it was signed by "The Burning Hawk" ,the name of the second-in-command of «The Burning Eagle».

Throughout the investigation, the team found out that Amelia Carcione, the coroner was a suspect in Christopher's murder but in the end, the killer ended up being Amelia's sister and also "The Burning Hawk, Karissa Carcione".

The second the team approached Karissa, she pulled out her gun and threat to kill herself if the team didn't let her go. Amelia told her to put down the gun but Karissa told the team that a big day was aproaching and that she didn't want to be present when the bomb explodes. The team asked what bomb she was talking about but she only answered by saying, "You'll see!" and pull the trigger.

In Secrets of a Dead Europe 5, the team found out that someone had stolen plutoniom from the Greek Bank and later, was revealed that the plutoniom was being sent to a abandoned werehouse in Rome. So, Chief Moore told the team to go to Italy to catch that plutonium and find more information about The Burning Eagle.
