George was found branded on the docks.Dick analyzed the body and confirmed that George died of cardiac arrest after getting branded.He also found opium stains on his clothing,which means that the killer smokes opium.
Killer and motives[]
Team arrested architect Norah Barnlow for a murder.Upon admitting to a murder,Norah said that she had to do it because of Caitlin.Caitlin was Norah's architecture student who escaped from her parents' house and became a prostitute.Caitlin's parents promised Norah big amounts of money if she convinces Caitlin to come back ,but Caitlin just mocked her saying that prostitution is way to glorious life.Norah was mad and tried to teach Caitlin manners,so she saw George and Caitlin having a fight,followed George to the docks,knocked him out and branded him with heart shaped iron to frame Caitlin.She didn't mean to kill him,she just wanted to frame Caitlin for attacking George so that Caitlin will spend some time in prison and change her opinion about prostitution and college.Judge Takakura was horrified with this stupid idea and sentenced Norah to 25 years in prison.
