Francisco Redmoon (1970-2018) was a suspect in the murder investigation of Bennywise the Clown in No Time to Clown Around (Case #23 of Rosenoque) and the killer of his wife, Marie Redmoon-Bilodeau in A Moon of Blood (Case #26 of Rosenoque) where he turned out to be the leader of the Gaulstone Cult. He later escaped prison and was murdered in Plans Badly Executed (Case #53 of Rosenoque). After his death, he was mentioned multiple times during The Mystery, when his connections to a new Gaulstone Cult was revealed.
As a ghost, he reappeared as a suspect in the murder of mystic medium Martha Wildes in Scary Stories (Case #19 of Mystical Investigations), journalist Ina Fleur in Haunted Happenings (Case #21 of Mystical Investigations) and disgraced historian Armand Flame in Spiritually Dead (Case #22 of Mystical Investigations).
