Hailing from Singapore, Singapore, Fiona is the 43-year-old coroner of the International Bureau of Justice who worked as a mortician prior to her tenure in the Bureau. She is a relatively tall woman with tanned skin, rosy cheeks, brown hair in a bob hairstyle, and brown eyes. Fiona normally sports a dark blue lab coat with a small white biohazard symbol sewn on the left along with a light blue buttoned blouse underneath. Fiona is known to be thorough and sedulous in her work. She is also very resourceful.
