Donald was flagged as a suspect after he informed the police that there was a murder at the weather tower. When interrogated about the murder, he said that he was checking out if everything was okay and found Hector's body meanwhile.

He was interrogated again after the team discovered that he was the one who broke in Hector's shop. Donald told that he went there to take back his money because Hector borrowed money from him and never returned. Later, he was found to be innocent after Richard Stamford was incarcerated for Hector's murder. After the investigation, the team helped him to get his money back.
