Case Background
The victim was a surfer named Ashton Sammy, who was found dead near the shore with his legs and hands cut off. He was killed by his brother named Christopher Sammy. Since this case was strictly a tutorial case, reasons for killing Ashton were not known as he was given an automatic lifetime jail sentence upon arrest.
