Dark Truths is the eighty second fanmade case of the Criminal Case: Mystery Series. It is also the fourth in Asia and the twenty fourth of the World Edition.
Plot
The team and Shelby arrived at Dark heaquarters were they met Chris McKinney, the CEO of the company. He said that no bomb was sent to anywhere in a year since they were working on a massive shipment ordered by the Chinese Military. As he was showing the factory, they found the body of Wes Lant, a worker inside the packaging machine.
The killer was revealed as Vasanta Maesha, the receptionist. When the team went for the arrest, she started crying and admited killing Wes. She said she was blackmailed by The Ash to kill Wes as he knew about the true reasons of the shipment to the Chinese Military. Xiang asked what were the true reasons, but she said she didn't knew. The player also asked if she killed Ajaya in Nepal but she said no. She was sentenced to 5 years in jail.
In The Flame Inside (4/7), the team found out that the shipment wasn't for the Chinese Military but instead to STIGMA. Chief Wong started to worry because that meant that STIGMA was planning to create a bomb that could destroy the entire Asian continent. In the end of the case, Kuno encripted a message from The Ash to STIGMA saying: «The plan of the crater is starting soon. Send the Ignitor to Xangai,China». Xiang quickly assumed that the crater should be the bombing and that the Ignitor should be the one that was going to set the bomb up. Chief Wong sent the player to Xaingai to stop this imminent threat.
