Chief Guzmán shows to be a example of determination to the player as she introduces the player to his new adventure in the WPE. Sometimes she makes pressures, but loves her team and it's always interested on every investigation, for making it suceed.

Role in South America[]
Chief Guzmán was always determined on making the team suceed and defeat the terrible corruption of South America, caused by an infamous organization. Guzmán was responsible of all the players promotions into each area until the final mastermind is put behind bars after his first mission in the WPE.
Helping in Madagascar[]
During The Fallen Planes, the chief called the team after the end of chapter 1. Guzmán told to the team that she was on an important business in Madagascar, but when she knew that Swaziland King laned on the city, she decided to alert the player. After the player goes to have a word with King Rahmat, she isn't seen anymore
