Cato Delcourt is a main character appearing in Season 1 of Criminal Case, where he serves as the Lab Chief of the Pinefield Police Department.

Profile

33 years of age, Cato has bright brown eyes and dark brown hair underneath a French beret. He dons a standard lab coat which has a blue box with the word "Forensic" written in white on his right. Underneath the lab coat, he sports a black shirt. Other than that, he wears a silver DNA necklace around his neck.

Cato is known to be an adventurous globetrotter who collects souvenirs and photographs to fulfill his ambitious lifestyle. He is also known to be industrious, independent, spontaneous, and quite the epicure. However, he has a weakness for eating food samples. Besides that, it is known that Cato's favorite animal is an octopus and his favorite dish is grilled chicken with seasonal vegetables.

Analyses

As the Lab Chief of the Pinefield Police Department, Cato has the responsibility of taking care of all the necessary physical, biological, and/or clinical analyses, and to inform the team of such results after a certain amount of time or a speed-up process using Criminal Case Cash. His task-wait rates will vary depending on the difficulty of the task, but they all cost 1 Criminal Case Cash per 30 minutes.

Cato often eats or drinks the sample sent to him whenever he finishes analyzing it, as long as it is something he can safely ingest. He then asks the team if he can have the item the sample has been extracted from to get more. This is due to his busy schedule that hinders his ability to eat full meals throughout the day. He sometimes does this to try out new food and drinks he has never had before.
