Femme fetale and Utopian Velma Bannister was found the same way Alden Greene, former Grimsborough mayor Howard Johnson and Cooper Family heir Ashton Cooper were found: dead at her home but her death was particularly nasty. She was found with a blue face with varicose veins all over her face with her hands clutching her throat as though she suffocated to death. The killer was implicated as previous suspect during the investigation in the murder of Erikah Mabayo and witch Luna Hecate.
Luna was one of many prisoners who had been hearing the voices of the very same mysterious man who had been sending various victims the player had encountered to their deaths, only this time the man told Luna in a hallucination that Velma was out of prison and co-operating with the Police even though Velma had not co-operated with the police and was still behind bars. Despite this though Velma was due to be released on the day of her murder.
Before she was murdered Velma and Luna engaged in a very intense argument where Luna accused the former Utopian of betraying the other prisoners which Velma furiously rejected and threw Luna out of her house. But Luna came back for more; at night Luna replaced Velma's medication (Nevrax) with cyanide pills before finally retreating to a tree and watching the femme fetale suffocate to death through a telescope.
Luna was sentenced to 25 more years in prison for the crime. But hours after the indictment the Police finally got another surprise when former prisoner and suspect in the case Kate Murphy co-operated with the PBPD, and it was also through Kate that the Police learned the mysterious man's identity: Although he did not have a proper name he was known as "The General" but she did not describe what he looked like though she did mention his associates looked Arab like in appearance. With this piece of information the manhunt was on.
